Start getting strong. Start feeling free. Start at home! Join us for a Lunch & Learn on outpatient therapy and in-home care on Tuesday, August 1, from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. At this event, you’ll hear interesting speakers that will help you maintain your independence. We’ll be joined by:

• Director of Therapy, Liz Waterstradt, will discuss our person-centered outpatient therapy services that keep you strong as you age at home. Highlights include aqua therapy and a state-of-the-art therapy gym.
• Special guest, Micah Hale, an industry expert from C-U Under Construction, will be available for questions. He works with our therapy department to coordinate the installation of home modifications for aging in place.
• Sarah Cook, Director of atHome with ClarkLindsey, will get you familiar with local resources as well as home care and nursing services that foster your independence. Learn about “Caresharing,” an innovative approach that allows you to get the assistance you need while paying less than traditional home care.
